The apartment - Baldus in the Westerwald enjoys the immediate vicinity of the motorway A3 (900 m) and the adjacent forest (500m) a favorable location in Mogendorf.

The A48 motorway and the train stations of Montabaur, as well as the outlet center (10 minutes by car) and Limburg 15-20 minutes), are also nearby.  Koblenz and Neuwied can all be reached within 20-30 minutes by car.

The accommodation comprises a large bedroom, a living room with sofabed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge (except dishwasher) and a bathroom with a washing machine.  A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided.  Guests are welcome to use the barbecue facilities and seasonal private pool.

In the village there are 2 very good restaurants, a corner shop as well as an Aral petrol station, a private event brewery and a pottery.  At the motorway entrance the Maxi Autohof with Casino, MC Donald, KFC, Burger King and another petrol station.  All discounters, 2 drugstores, doctors and pharmacies can be reached within 2-6 km.
