Directions
We leave our starting point at the Wacholderheide and walk downhill towards Birkenhof. Then we turn towards Ziegenberg. After crossing the railway tracks, the path continues to Silbersee. We then proceed to the spring Jägersborn, where attentive hikers will notice "fairy-tale" details. On the following section towards Rothaarsteig, we can enjoy great views until we reach our starting point again.

Coming from Wilnsdorf on the K25 to the center of Wilgersdorf. From there, follow the signs to Rothaarsteig.
Free parking is available at the Wacholderheide hiking car park in Wilgersdorf.

Those who want to enjoy breathtaking distant views should definitely make a short detour to the viewing platform "Nose in the Wind." It is accessible via the connecting path to Rothaarsteig, which comes from Rudersdorf.
