Anreise
The municipality of Burbach can also be reached quickly and conveniently by car from all parts of the country via the A 45 Haiger/Burbach exit.
Parken
There as plenty of parking spaces right outside the town hall.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
Hellertalbahn (train):
The Hellertalbahn, which runs between Betzdorf and Dillenburg, ensures a good rail connection to Cologne and Frankfurt. The Hellertalbahn stops in Wahlbach, Burbach, Würgendorf, Holzhausen and Niederdresselndorf.
Buslines:
Various bus lines also provide good connections. Siegen ZOB’s SB 4 rapid bus line runs via Wilnsdorf and the R22/R44 regional bus line runs via Neunkirchen directly to the centre of Burbach.
Bus transport in the town is provided by the local bus lines
L 220 Burbach - Holzhausen – Lützeln
L 221 Burbach - Gilsbach
L 222 Burbach - Lippe
In addition to this, the Burbach Bürgerbus regular service runs according to a separate timetable.
Please note the amended route for express bus line SB 4 Burbach - Siegen and back due to construction work on the B 54 between the Haiger/Burbach BAB junction and the L 904 turn-off to Wilgersdorf. The current timetable can be found here.
