We meet at the "Markt" in Siegen below the Krönchen. With a small detour via Seelbach, we head into the Sieg valley, in Kirchen we turn east to visit the Druidenstein. The 25 million-year-old basalt rock and Celtic cult site still fascinates today. Then over the Windhahn to the next sight, the Wilnsdorf motorway church. A futuristic building, whose interior surprises.
Then over the Henneberg to Deuz, turn right, over Feudingen to Bad Laasphe and we dive deep into the forest, drive over the 644 m High Stein and reach the village of Riechstein with 295 inhabitants – probably the most beautiful part of the route. A stretch along the Eder river and in Dotzlar turn left over Sassenhausen to Erndtebrück. We ride over Lützel and turn right. A few spectacular curves and then before Hilchenbach turn left towards Grund. In Kredenbach turn left uphill and over Dreis-Tiefenbach back to the market square in Siegen.
