The hiking parking lot (HP), which is also the start and finish, is located at the natural pond in Holzhausen and is easily accessible by car.
Once the round is completed after about 35 minutes, you can really unwind and gain new strength.

From the parking lot at the natural pond or from the hiking parking lot located a bit higher, the small loop starts with about a 15-minute ascent.
Always following the sign "HO1", the path turns right after a small climb and then runs straight ahead. Before you know it,
you have returned to the starting point after a short downhill section.

Due to the natural forest trails, you should always wear good footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.
Directions & Parking facilities
If you come by the Hellertalbahn from the direction of Siegen or Dillenburg, get off at Holzhausen and head towards "Blau Kreuzheim"
(up the steep short hill) and the natural swimming pond. There you will quickly find the path designation "HO1".

If this loop is too small for you, you can take the two slightly larger loops available at the same location.

A good tip for this round is to take a swim in the natural pond afterwards or to visit the mini-golf course at the "Blau Kreuzheim" recreational area.
