- Start: Above Oberfischbach
- Destination: Niederndorf mining area Fürst Moritz
The F8 starts above Oberfischbach and leads to the extensive Niederndorf mining area Fürst Moritz (including Bleiberger Tunnel, Upper Saint George, Lower Saint George). A tunnel about three hundred fifty to four hundred years old lies directly on the route. The sinkholes in the area are also worth seeing.
The start and end of the route cross the circular hiking route F7, allowing for various length circular routes. The E1 is also not far from the destination of the mining route.
