You can reach this lasso route from Erndtebrück as well as from Lützel.
You travel over historic paths. In the past, the inhabitants used these for the transport of the iron industry and the associated coal mining. Today, the section of the Iron Road is one of the most distinctive roads in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district.
Along the coal road, old charcoal kiln sites can still be seen, which were used for charcoal production.
Experience the meandering river course and discover the unique river landscape of the Eder, which shapes the region.

The start of the route is possible from both Erndtebrück and Lützel. Both towns lie directly on the B62.
Parking is available in Erndtebrück or Lützel directly at the stations.
By train to Erndtebrück or Lützel. The route starts and ends at one of the stations respectively.

At the height of the Forest Information Center Forsthaus Hohenroth there is the possibility to switch to the QuellenAcht.
Use this cycle path to continue on the Lahn cycle path or on the Netphen cycle ring.
